Community suggestions: Jutta reporting talks with Shauna (trainer from last week) and Mayssan (Dufferin Grove PT staff still not allowed to work because of vaccination status)
* try a different table configuration, with two parallel tables, one for rolling, one for topping -- so fewer staff are needed
*Try the two oven tables closer to the oven, to make more space.
* More picnic tables to be moved to the open area between the sand volleyball court and the oven, for families and friends to sit
* Set up a more obvious handwashing station at the cob kitchen -- cleaner hands but also slowing down the line
* Make sure there are enough dough and toppings to last until the end time (5.30). If that means there are leftovers, freeze them for the next time.
* Charge for pizzas rather than having them free
* Ask Katy from Capital Projects to have the extra storage shed moved from its temporary spot inside the construction area to a spot right across for the oven, until it's needed at its permanent spot near the big oven later next year.
Staff suggestions:
* keep the program free for the rest of the market days (to Oct.27)
* if the dough supply runs out, shut down for the day even if it's before the scheduled end time (but make sure to have lots)
* have plenty of staff during these early days of the oven use, to make sure that there are enough people to do the work
