A film about fruit-harvesting workers: The Last Harvest. See the synopsis

The twist-tie says Cal-organic, which says it's the biggest of something, and then on a google search it says that they are a division of Grimmway Enterprises in Bakersfield CA, "the world’s largest producer of carrots." Their management link.
They voluntarily recalled some of their carrots in 2021 because their own tests found salmonella: link.

Native sugar (Brazil)
Seeing the benefits of green harvesting, Natíve began transitioning their entire production of 20,000 hectares (more than 49,000 acres) to organic in the mid-1990s and became certified in 1996. One of the world’s largest organic farming projects, Natíve now produces one-fifth of the world’s organic sugar and exports it to 64 countries. read more
