From Shah: Both the pumpkin and squash are edible, tasty and delicious vegetables.Taking the skin out and sliced into smaller pieces, they are cooked with chilli, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves, bay leaves and cooking oil. Then they can be eaten as meal with bread or rice.
