Hello Market Friends
The market-day weather continues to allow us to use our tents, so we'll have plenty of space this week. With Wallace Rink running again and school holidays over, the rink has returned to calmer levels, too. Enjoy the elbow room!
Here's the news from the vendors:
Ted Thorpe will be in, probably for his farewell 'til spring visit.
Ute Zell of Stonehenge Farms will have fresh chicken(whole and pieces) and wild boar, including sausages.
From the Sosnickis:
"Getting ready to order seeds! Can't believe it's that time again!! Lots of prepared food this week served hot on the cabbage plates for very reasonable prices. I've made my sauerkraut perogies again and will serve those along with cheddar/potato perogies, roasted sauerkraut w/ garlic, sweet corn and vegetarian cabbage rolls. All items will be available frozen as well. And yes, Benny will have potatoes and cabbage once again!!" Jess & Ben.
Tim Clement just couldn't stay away any longer; he'll be making crepes and quesadillas to order.
Alli Millar and Chocosol should be back; Maria of Oh Soy will be away one last week.
If you'd like to place an order for something from Whole World Trading, Beata Macklin comes to market most weeks and can bring it in for you. You can reach her at 416-604-9025.
See you at the Market!
